We have a kind of anniversary in 2017 - Robin really turns 15.
The Immaterial Files I: the STNJ Building
No scenes are set on the roof, but the sketches are quite detailed and show a parabolic antenna, an electrical substation and water cisterns.
At different times the building used to be a jail (so some of the windows still have bars) and an apartment complex (hence the "Flat").
The plaque on the wall is supposed to give the names of the building and the architect and the year of construction. It is never seen closely enough to read, but I guess the "1901" on the gatepost may be the same year.

ANd here we see into the heart of the very monster. What I wanna know is who on earth first thought that witches made good ammo -.- I feel bad for the first witches that had to go through THAT process.
